T.Dining Hong Kong, Taikoo Place and Honestly Green are proud to present the inaugural Great Farm Feast, a unique collaboration between Hong Kong’s local farmers and trailblazing chefs, taking place at Tong Chong Street on the evening of February 17, 2019.

This one-night-only experience will take place in a dramatic space overlooking Tong Chong Street Market, where guests will be treated to a ten-course gastronomic journey featuring the season's finest local produce—grown by local farmers and cooked by award-winning chefs. This culinary dialogue between grower and maker celebrates the possibilities of Hong Kong agriculture and a more sustainable way of eating in the future. After all, we are slowly realising that this tiny city, too, has its rich bounty—be it pineapples and corn in the summer, or figs and strawberries in the winter. The Great Farm Feast is just the beginning of a wider conversation around how we can bring local produce back into our lives in a number of delicious ways.

The Great Farm Feast is sponsored by Asia Miles, and supported by Swire Properties and V-ZUG.
